I’m a Technical Systems Analyst with more than four years of experience across systems analysis, software development, configuration engineering, QA automation and production support. My work in telecommunications and IoT has taught me to understand not only how a system is designed, but how it behaves when real users, data and deadlines enter the picture.

I translate business needs into clear requirements, workflows, technical documentation and reliable solutions. I work comfortably with SQL, APIs, low-code configuration, testing and Agile delivery, and I enjoy bringing business stakeholders, developers, testers and operations teams to the same understanding.

My foundation is in Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering, and I’m completing an MCom in Information Systems focused on software quality in Scrum. I’m building toward technology consulting and professional engineering work where careful analysis, technical depth and software quality can improve systems people rely on.

Engineer by training. Systems thinker by repeated exposure to reality.

Mechanical and mechatronic engineering taught me to see connected parts. Software work taught me where those parts misbehave. Systems analysis lets me connect business intent, technical detail and delivery reality.

I’m also completing an MCom in Information Systems, researching how software quality assurance contributes to Agile project success. Yes, I professionally think about testing and then go home and think about testing.
